Kay Allen, CFP®

Kay Allen began her career in financial planning over 15 years ago, inspired by a desire for a meaningful career change with a strong interest in personal finance and natural ability to connect with people. What started as a personal passion soon became a fulfilling profession. In 2011, Kay earned her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® designation, marking a key milestone in her journey. 

Recognizing a growing need for personalized, comprehensive financial guidance, Kay founded Allen Wealth Advisors in 2018. She thrives on helping individuals and families understand their financial situations, navigate the complexities of investing, and develop cohesive plans that align with their life goals. Her approach is grounded in empathy, clarity, and a deep commitment to her clients’ long-term success. She looks forward to the next step by partnering with ClearPoint to provide existing and future clients with outstanding, comprehensive service. 

An active member of her community, Kay is involved with the Colleyville Chamber of Commerce, Grace (a local nonprofit organization), and the Rotary Club. She also has a passion for education, having served as President of the GCISD Education Foundation and various local initiatives that empower students and teachers. 

Outside of work, Kay enjoys life with her husband, three children and grandchild. She also enjoys the outdoors, hiking, biking, travel and walking her dog.
